Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und die zu seiner Durchführung erforderliche Prüfvorrichtung, um die sichere Funktionsfähigkeit von PKW-Gurtschlössern im Wirkungsverbund mit Gurtstrammern nachzuweisen. Im Crashfall wird das Gurtschloß durch das Auslösen des Gurtstrammers einem hochenergetischen Schock ausgesetzt, der jedoch keine Fehlfunktion des Gurtschlosses verursachen und das sichere Öffnen nach Abklingen der Belastungen nicht gefährden darf. Die erfindungsgemäße Prüfvorrichtung erzeugt reproduzierbar Schocks bis 40 000 g; sie ermöglicht das konstruktive Optimieren stark schockbelasteter Elemente und den Nachweis der Funktionsfähigkeit während und nach der Schockbelastung, auch im Sinne der Qualitätssicherung und des Produkthaftungsgesetzes.

The invention concerns a method for demonstrating the reliable functioning of automobile seat-belt locks operating in conjunction with belt tensioners, as well as a test device for carrying out the method. In the event of a crash, the belt lock is subjected to a high-energy shock owing to the activation of the belt tensioner. This shock must not, however, be allowed to cause the belt lock to misfunction, nor prevent it from opening reliably when the shock load has died away. The test device proposed generates reproducible shocks of up to 40,000 g; it makes it possible to optimise the design of elements subjected to high shock loads and to demonstrate that they are functioning correctly during and after being subjected to shock loads, both for quality-control purposes and to ensure conformity with manufacturer-liability laws.

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé et au dispositif de contrôle nécessaire pour sa réalisation, afin de prouver le fonctionnement fiable de boucles de ceinture de voitures particulières en coopération avec des tendeurs de ceinture. En cas de collision, la boucle de ceinture est exposée par le déclenchement du tendeur à un choc de haute énergie, lequel ne doit toutefois pas causer un mauvais fonctionnement de la boucle de ceinture, ni empêcher l'ouverture fiable après la disparition des tensions. Le dispositif de contrôle selon l'invention génère de manière reproductible des chocs allant jusqu'à 40.000 g; il permet l'optimisation de la conception d'éléments fortement sollicités par des chocs, ainsi que la preuve du bon fonctionnement pendant et après la sollicitation par des chocs, tant dans le sens de l'assurance de la qualité que dans celui de la législation sur la responsabilité du fabricant.
