A non-impact printhead (10) such as an LED printhead includes a plurality of modular circuit assemblies (20a, 20b, 20c), each including a plurality of recording elements (30a, 30b, 30c) and associated integrated circuit drivers (40a, 40b, 40c, 42a, 42b, 42c). Each modular circuit assembly is mounted upon a tile (20). Rails (70a, 70b; 70a') are attached to the underside of the tiles to join the tiles together. A heatsink (19) supports the tiles. The tiles are urged into thermal engagement with the heatsink by cantilevered leaf springs (85a, 85b; 85a').

Tête d'impression sans impact (10) telle qu'une tête d'impression à diodes électroluminescentes, comprenant une pluralité de circuits modulaires (20a, 20b, 20c) comportant chacun une pluralité d'éléments d'enregistrement (30a, 30b, 30c), ainsi que des éléments d'attaque associés des circuits intégrés (40a, 40b, 40c, 42a, 42b, 42c).
