The invention relates to a sodium-free drink powder usable as a mineral preparation, which contains a potassium compound and a magnesium compound, the molar ratio Mg:K being within a range of approx. 1:5-1:11, an organic carboxylic acid and possibly an amino acid, as well as Gentianae powder as a taste-improving ingredient in an amount of approx. 0.01-0-5 % by weight, calculated from the total weight of the composition.

L'invention se rapporte à une poudre pour boisson ne contenant pas de sodium, utilisable comme préparation minérale. La poudre contient un composé de potassium ainsi qu'un composé de magnésium, le rapport molaire Mg:K pouvant aller de 1:5 à 1:11. De plus, elle contient de l'acide carboxylique organique et éventuellement un acide aminé ainsi qu'une poudre de Gentianae comme ingrédient destiné à améliorer la saveur, en une quantité d'environ 0.01-0-5 % en poids, calculée à partir du poids total de la composition.
