Um eine Pumpe (1) mit einem Elektromotor (2) rasch und paßgenau verbinden zu können, wird an das topfförmige Motorgehäuse (7), insbesondere an dessen Lopfboden (10), ein hohler, zapfenförmiger Ansatz (6) angeformt, der in eine Einsteckaufanhme (5) der Pumpe eingreifen kann. Dabei ist insbesondere vorgesehen, daß ein Antriebsexzenter (4) der Motor-Abtriebswelle (3) beim Zusammenbau von Pumpe und Elektromotor in korrekter Weise mit der Pumpe gekoppelt ist. Wenn das Innere des zapfenförmigen Ansatzes (6) das erste Motorlager aufnehmen soll, so benötigt man sowohl innen als auch außen am Ansatz jeweils eine Passung. Diese Doppelpassung ist bei aus Liefziehblech hergestelltem Motorgehäuse (7) nur möglich, wenn man den Wandquerschnitt des Ansatzes (6), in Umfangsrichtung gesehen, wellenartig, mäanderartig oder dgl. ausbildet. Dies ermöglicht die Verwendung eines Kunststoffdeckels in Verbindung mit dem Blechgehäuse und den Verzicht auf eine Kohlehalteplatte. Letzteres ermöglicht in Verbindung mit einer weiteren Ausgestaltung eine automatische Motormontage sowie die Kombination mit Steckeranschlüssen und eventuellen Elektronikgehäusen.

A pump (1) can be quickly connected and precisely fitted to an electric motor (2). This makes it possible to use a plastic cover in conjunction with the sheet metal housing and to dispense with a carbon holder disk. The latter possibility, in connection with another embodiment, makes it possible to assemble the motor automatically and to combine it with plug connections and possibly electronic housings.

Pour pouvoir associer rapidement et avec une excellente précision d'ajustement, une pompe (1) à un moteur électrique (2), une saillie creuse en forme de tenon (6) est formée sur le bâti en forme de cuvette (7) du moteur, en particulier sur son fond (10), ladite saillie pouvant s'insérer dans un logement d'emboîtement (5) de la pompe. A cet effet, il est prévu en particulier qu'un excentrique de commande (4) de l'arbre de sortie (3) du moteur soit accouplé correctement à la pompe, lors de l'assemblage de celle-ci avec le moteur. Lorsque l'intérieur de la saillie en forme de tenon (6) doit recevoir le premier palier du moteur, il est nécessaire d'avoir un ajustement, respectivement à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de la saillie. Ce double ajustement n'est possible, dans le cas d'une enveloppe de moteur (7) en tôle emboutie préfabriquée, que si la section de la paroi de la saillie (6) est réalisée, vue dans le sens périphérique, selon une forme ondulée ou en méandres, ou une forme analogue. Cela permet l'utilisation d'un couvercle en matière plastique en liaison avec l'enveloppe en tôle, tout en renonçant à une plaque porte-charbon. Ce dernier point permet, conformément à une autre forme d'éxécution, un montage automatique du moteur, ainsi que la combinaison avec des connexions à fiches et d'éventuels boîtiers électroniques.
