Abstract

A plasmid pBUL1 having a length of about 7.9 kb and a restriction map, as shown, and its derivative. The plasmid is isolated from $i(Lactobacillus delbrueckii) subsp. $i(bulgaricus) M-878 strain and is useful as a vector for breeding various micro-organisms such as lactic acid bacteria. The derivative is useful also as a shuttle vector (lactic acid bacterium-$i(Escherichia coli)).

Plasmide pBUL1 d'une longueur d'environ 7,9 kb et une carte de restriction représentée par la fig. 1, et ses dérivés. Le plasmide est isolé de $i(Lactobacillus delbrueckii)subdivision souche $i(bulgaricus)M-878 et présente une utilité en tant que vecteur pour l'élevage de divers microorganismes tels que les bactéries d'acide lactique. Le dérivé est également utile en tant que vecteur navette (bactérie acide lactique-$i(Escherichia coli)).
