(EN)Each electrode (15, 16) of the capacitor is manufactured by deposition of a suspension on a substrate (17) made of mineral fibres after which it is pressed and dried. The suspension is prepared by mixing activated carbon, dispersed carbon and a binder. The electrode (15, 16) consists of one piece and is provided with a substrate (17), while a sublayer of a dispersed electron-conducting material may be additionally applied on a porous layer (24). The substrate (17) and a separator (19) are provided with supporting frames (18, 20), and the supporting frame (20) extends beyond the perimeter of a cover (21) made of a thin-sheeted metal of the nickel and iron group with profiled edges and technological channels (23). A section (2) is assembled by consecutive laying of the covers (21), the electrodes (15, 16) and the separator (19) which are interconnected with a sealing layer (22) preliminarily deposited on the supporting frame (20) and the edges of the covers (21). After saturation of the electrodes (15, 16), substrates (17) and separator (19) with an electrolyte in a vacuum or under ultrasonic oscillations, the technological channels (23) are compacted. In a package (2), sections (3) are assembled in groups (9) mutually separated by switching current taps (10), the polarity of each group (9) being identical to that of the sections (3) comprised in it. The cavity formed by the package (2) and an envelope (1) of the casing is filled with a dielectric (8) which may be multi-layer, and layers (11, 12) are separated by a dielectric film (13) impermeable to the electrolyte.

Une partie (2) est assemblée par stratification consécutive des couvertures (21), des électrodes (15, 16) et du séparateur (19), lesquels sont interconnectés avec une couche d'obturation (22) déposée préalablement sur la structure de support (20) et sur les bords des couvertures (21). Après saturation des électrodes (15, 16), des substrats (17) et du séparateur (19) avec un électrolyte sous l'effet de vide ou d'oscillations ultrasonores, les canaux technologiques (23) sont comprimés. Les parties (3) constituent des assemblages (2), en groupes (9) séparés les uns des autres par des prises de courant de commutation (10), la polarité de chacun des groupes (9) étant identique à celle des parties (3) qu'il renferment. La cavité formée par l'assemblage (2) et l'enveloppe (1) du boîtier est remplie d'un diélectrique (8) pouvant être à couche multiple, et les couches (11, 12) sont séparées par une couche mince diélectrique (13) imperméable à l'électrolyte.
