Abstract:
(EN) Nuclear magnetic resonance well logging apparatus and a method of use for geophysical examination of a bore hole as the bore hole is drilled. The apparatus is connected to the drill bit (36) to follow it through the bore hole as the bore hole is formed. The apparatus comprises a resilient, tubular, permanent magnet (46) for generating a static magnetic field in the region of portion of the bore hole adjacent the apparatus, which region includes materials sought to be analyzed, an antenna (48) mounted on the magnet and connected to associated circuitry for exciting nuclei of the materials sought to be analyzed in the region, and a receiver connected to the antenna for receiving nuclear magnetic resonance signals from the excited nuclei and for providing an output signal indicative of properties of the materials sought to be analyzed.
(FR) Procédé et appareil de diagraphie d'un puits de forage par résistance magnétique nucléaire par l'étude géophysique d'un trou pendant son forage. L'appareil est connecté au trépan (36) pour le suivre pendant le forage du trou. L'appareil comprend un aimant permanent résilient tubulaire (46) produisant un champ magnétique statique dans la région d'une partie du trou de forage adjacente à l'appareil, laquelle région comprend des matériaux que l'on désire analyser, une antenne (48) montée sur l'aimant et connectée à un réseau de circuits associés pour exciter les noyaux de matière que l'on désire analyser dans la région, et un récepteur connecté à l'antenne pour recevoir des signaux de résonance magnétique nucléaire provenant des noyaux excités et pour produire un signal de sortie représentatif des propriétés des matières que l'on désire analyser.
