Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing an aromatic thiolester by mixing an alkyl or aryl thiol with an alkali metal hydroxide aqueous solution and, in the presence of a phase transfer catalyst, reacting it with an aromatic acid halide. Diacid halides may be used to produce bisthiol esters.
(FR) Procédé permettant de préparer un ester de thiol aromatique en mélangeant un thiol aryle ou alkyle avec une solution aqueuse hydroxyde de métal alcalin et en le faisant réagir avec un halogénure d'acide aromatique, en présence d'un catalyseur de transfert de phase. On peut utiliser des halogénures diacides pour préparer des esters de bisthiol.
