Abstract:
(EN) A process for the synthesis of the fluorochemical compound having the formula: RfSO2N(CHR2-CHR2COO-)R1N+(R)2H, wherein Rf is a fluoraliphatic radical containing 3 to 20 carbon atoms. The synthesis involves reaction of compounds of formula RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2 and CHR2=CR2COOH in solution at elevated temperatures. The process can be used to synthesize the fluoroaliphatic amphoteric amino carboxylate surfactant having the formula: C6F13SO2N(C2H4COO-)C3H6N+(CH3)2H, which compound is useful in aqueous film-forming foamable concentrates for extinguishing flammable liquid fires.
(FR) Procédé de synthèse du composé fluorochimique de la formule Rf SO2N(CHR2CHR2COO-)R1N+(R)2H dans laquelle Rf représente un radical fluoroaliphatique contenant 3 à 20 atomes de carbone. La synthèse implique la réaction de composés des formules RfSO2N(H)R1N(R)2 et CHR2=CR2COOH en solution, à des températures élevées. Le procédé peut être utilisé dans la synthèse du tensioactif d'amino carboxylate amphotère fluoroaliphatique ayant la formule C6F13SO2N(C2H4COO-)C3H6N+(CH3)2H, ledit composé étant utile dans des concentrés filmogènes pouvant mousser afin d'éteindre des incendies provoqués par des liquides inflammables.
