Abstract:
(EN) A method for making multilayer construction articles consists in transforming the bottom (1) of a mould (2) into a vacuum mould plate (5) on the surface of which are consecutively placed a reinforcing grid (3) with anchor elements (8), a first layer (12) of a hardening material, a hydroinsulation layer (14) and a second layer (17) of the hardening material with its subsequent consolidation. After the placement of the hydroinsulation layer (14) a closed chamber formed between the latter and the vacuum mould plate (5) is evacuated. Then, the second layer (17) of the hardening material is placed. The vacuum in the closed chamber is maintained until the end of the placement and consolidation of the second layer (17) of the hardening material. A reinforcement for multilayer construction articles comprises a reinforcing grid (3) with anchor elements (8) consisting of bars arranged equidistantly in relation to the plane of the reinforcing grid (3). The loose ends (10) of the bar anchor elements (8) are bent out along a curve in the direction of the plane of the grid (3). The invention may be used for construction of water-proof and gas-proof parts of buildings and constructions.
(FR) Un procédé de production d'articles de construction multicouches consiste à transformer la partie inférieure (1) d'un moule (2) en une plaque de moulage sous vide (5) sur la surface de laquelle sont consécutivement placées une grille d'armature (3) comportant des éléments d'ancrage (8), une premier couche (12) d'un matériau durcissant, une couche hydrofuge (14) ainsi qu'une seconde couche (17) de matériau durcissant qu'on laisse consolider. Après la mise en place de la couche hydrofuge (14), la chambre fermée formée entre cette dernière et la plaque de moulage sous vide (5) est mise en dépression. Ensuite, on applique la seconde couche (17) de matériau durcissant. La dépression créée dans la chambre fermée est maintenue jusqu'à la fin de la mise en place et de la consolidation de la seconde couche (17) de máteriau durcissant. Une armature pour articles de construction multicouches comprend une grille d'armature (3) dotée d'éléments d'ancrage (8) constitués par des barres agencées de manière equidistante par rapport au plan de la grille d'armature. Les extrémités libres (10) des éléments d'ancrage sous forme de barres (8) sont courbées dans le sens du plan de la grille (3). L'invention peut être utilisée dans la construction de pièces étanches à l'eau et au gaz de bâtiments et de constructions.
