Abstract:
(DE) Die Erfindung umfaßt ein Stützband (3) für Rippen (7), neben dem Stützband (3) angeordnete Mitnahmebänder (6) für die Rippen (7), eine Zuführung (8) für die Rippen (7) sowie eine Schmelzstrahlschweißeinrichtung (11) (Laserstrahlen, Elektronenstrahlen), welche Halbrohre (10) mit den auf ihre Außenseiten gesetzten Rippen (7) von den Innenseiten her verschweißt. Nach der Berippung der Halbrohre (10) werden diese mit weiteren berippten Halbrohren (10) durch Schweißungen der Längskanten (27) zu Austauscherrohren verbunden. Diese Austauscherrohre können dann einzeln oder gebündelt als Wärmetauscher verzinkt werden.
(EN) The device disclosed comprises a support belt (3) for vanes (7), vane-drive belts (6) located beside the support belt (3), a vane-feed device and a beam (laser or electron) welding device (11) which welds, from the inside, vanes (7) on to the outsides of tube halves (10). When the vanes have been mounted in place on the tube halves (10), the vane/tube-half assemblies are welded together along their longitudinal edges (27) to form complete tubes. These tubes can then be galvanized individually or in bundles for use as heat-exchangers.
(FR) La présente invention comporte une bande-support (3) pour ailettes (7), des bandes entraîneuses (6) disposées à côté de la bande-support (3) et destinées aux ailettes (7), une amenée (8) pour les ailettes (7), ainsi qu'un dispositif de soudage par rayonnement par fusion (11) (rayons laser, faisceaux électroniques), lequel soude depuis l'intérieur des demi-tubes (10) avec les ailettes (7) posées sur leurs faces externes. Après avoir soudé les ailettes sur les demi-tubes (10), ces derniers sont assemblés en tubes d'échangeur, avec d'autres demi-tubes à ailettes (10), par soudage des bords longitudinaux (27). Ces tubes d'échangeur peuvent ensuite être zingués individuellement ou en faisceau comme échangeurs de chaleur.
