Abstract:
(EN) Color film scanning apparatus employs a novel trilinear array image sensor with photosites spaced apart in the linear direction of array by a pitch which is a multiple of the photosite dimension in the linear direction. The resultant scanning apparatus allows positioning of the image sensor in close proximity to the film without the need for interposition of optics for beam splitting or image focusing on the sensor arrays.
(FR) Un appareil de films en couleurs utilise un nouveau capteur d'images à alignement trilinéaire pourvu de photosites séparés dans le sens linéaire de l'alignement par un espace dont la grandeur est un multiple de la dimension des photosites dans le sens linéaire. L'appareil d'analyse de films présenté permet de positionner le capteur d'images très près du film sans avoir à intercaler une optique pour le fractionnement des rayons ou la focalisation de l'image sur les rangées de capteurs.
