Abstract:
(EN) An oscillator (40) comprises a resonator (44) for providing an oscillation frequency for the oscillator, an active network (42), coupled to the resonator, for driving the resonator, and a split-ring resonator (46) coupled to the main resonator and used to provide amplitude and phase balanced outputs. The split-ring resonator has at least a first edge, which is coupled to the resonator, and a second edge. The second edge has a gap (50) therein, and a first terminal located (48) at one side of the gap, and a second terminal (48') symmetrically located at the other side of the gap.
(FR) Un oscillateur (40) comprend un résonateur (44) destiné à fournir une fréquence d'oscillation audit oscillateur, un réseau actif (42) couplé avec le résonateur et servant à l'entraîner, et un résonateur (46) à bague fendue couplé avec le résonateur principal et utilisé pour fournir des signaux de sortie à amplitude et phase équilibrées. Le résonateur à bague fendue possède au moins un premier bord, qui est couplé avec le résonateur, et un second bord. Le second bord comporte une ouverture (50) et une première borne (48) placée sur l'un des côtés de l'ouverture, et une seconde borne (48') placée, de façon symétrique, sur l'autre côté de l'ouverture.
