Abstract:
(EN) Method for the compensation of the offset error deriving from the injection of clockfeedthrough charge in fully differential circuits including capacitors periodically switched through at least one useful electronic switch (MC) biased at given reference voltage. The early injection of a parasitic charge in the same capacitance path of said useful switch is provided, having magnitude and sign such to be substantially compensated and cancelled by the clockfeedthrough charge, subsequently injected at the useful switch (MC) opening.
(FR) Procédé de compensation de l'erreur de décalage provenant de l'injection d'une charge de traversée de synchronisation dans des circuits entièrement différentiels comprenant des condensateurs périodiquement commutés par l'intermédiaire d'au moins un commutateur électronique utile (MC) polarisé à la tension de référence. On prévoit l'injection précoce d'une charge parasitaire dans la même trajectoire de capacité dudit commutateur utile, ladite charge présentant une ampleur et un signe tels qu'elle est sensiblement compensée et annulée par la charge de traversée de synchronisation qui est injectée par la suite à l'ouverture du commutateur utile.
