Abstract:
(EN) A level sensing apparatus for sensing the level of a fluid in a container is disclosed. The apparatus has a plurality of spaced sensors (15) within a housing (10) locatable in the container. The sensors (15) are separated from the fluid by the housing (10) and each include a high gain amplifier (Q1, Q2) bias components (R, R1, R2) providing a predetermined output intermediate the potential difference across the amplifier when the sensors are in the fluid and a lower output when the presence of gas is detected.
(FR) On décrit un appareil de détection de niveau servant à détecter le niveau d'un fluide dans un récipient. L'appareil comprend une multiplicité de capteurs espacés (15) se trouvant dans un boîtier (10) pouvant être placé dans le récipient. Les capteurs (15) sont séparés du fluide par le boîtier (10) et chacun comprend un amplificateur à gain élevé (Q1, Q2) et des éléments de polarisation (R, R1, R2) fournissant un signal de sortie prédéterminé intermédiaire par rapport à la différence de potentiel à travers l'amplificateur lorsque les capteurs se trouvent dans le fluide, et un signal de sortie plus faible lorsque la présence d'un gaz est détectée.
