Abstract:
(EN) A suspension system is disclosed which enables handling and/or stabilized suspension operations on a load F. It comprises: a tilting means (100) capable of pivoting about a shaft (101) mounted on a base, with one end fitted with a fixed or rotating body mounting (102) for receiving or transmitting a load (F); support means, specifically hydropneumatic (105, 109, 112, 113), to maintain the tilting means in an average angular position; hydropneumatic compensation means (120-124, 125, 130, 160, 180) separate from the support means and comprising a co-operating portion (107) with respect to the support means to create negative stiffness; control means (125, 130, 160, 180) providing a functional link between the support means and the compensation means to obtain a suspension stiffness which is substantially invariable or controlable as a function of the load (F) on the end of the tilting means and/or an external specific suspension stiffness command; control electronics (180) implementing the method. The system may be used in suspended object handling, active stabilized suspension for motor vehicles, handling and stabilized suspension of submersed objects towed by a surface vessel, winch for an application of this type.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un système de suspension permettant des opérations de manutention et/ou de suspension stabilisée d'une charge F, qui comprend: un moyen de basculement (100), pouvant pivoter sur un axe (101) reposant sur une base, ayant une extrémité pourvue d'un support d'organe fixe ou tournant (102), destiné à supporter ou transmettre une charge F; des moyens de support, notament hydropneumatiques (105, 109, 112, 113), pour maintenir le moyen de basculement autour d'une position angulaire moyenne; des moyens de compensation hydropneumatiques (120-124, 125, 130, 160, 180) distincts des moyens de support présentant une partie de coopération (107), avec les moyens de support pour créer une raideur négative; un moyen de contrôle (125, 130, 160, 180) qui associe fonctionnellement les moyens de support aux moyens de compensation, pour obtenir une raideur de suspension sensiblement invariante ou contrôlable en dépendance de la charge F, sur l'extrémité du moyen du basculement et/ou d'une commande de raideur extérieure de suspension déterminée; une électronique de commande (180) mettant en ÷uvre un procédé. Application: manutention d'objet suspendu; suspension stabilisée active de vehicule automobile; manutention et suspension stabilisée d'objet immergé, remorqué par bâtiment de surface, treuil pour une telle application.
