Abstract:
(EN) A closed spacer frame (19) is manufactured by welding the profile ends for making an endless profile which is bent by a tool (17, 18) for making a desired frame form, the outer end portion (75) of the endless profile overlapping the endless profile (73). The profile ends are then separated by means of a saw (16) situated between two jaws (15) in a combined saw apparatus and welder and which cut the endless profile which is led bent away from the outline of the frame after the one jaw (15) is opened while the other jaw (15) maintains the bended frame. The two end portions of the frame (19) are then placed end-to-end in the jaws (15) and are butt welded (at 21) for making the closed frame (19). During the conveying and bending the acceleration, velocity and deacceleration of the profile are controlled by a computer which calculates the allowable maximum values for frame forms and sizes where no permanent deformation in the formed frame occurs.
(FR) Cadre d'écartement fermé (19) fabriqué par la soudure des extrémités de profilés, de manière à fabriquer un profilé continu qui est plié par un instrument (17, 18) pour lui donner la forme de cadre voulue, la partie terminale externe (75) du profilé continu recouvrant le profilé continu (73). Les extrémités des profilés sont ensuite séparées au moyen d'une scie (16), située entre deux mâchoires (15) dans un appareil combinant une scie et une soudeuse, qui coupe le profilé continu qui est alors plié dans une direction qui va en s'éloignant du contour du cadre après que l'une des mâchoires (15) se soit ouverte, tandis que l'autre mâchoire (15) tient le cadre plié. Les deux parties terminales du cadre (19) sont ensuite mises bout à bout dans les mâchoires (15) et sont soudées bord à bord (à 21) pour former un cadre fermé (19). Pendant le transport et le pliage du cadre l'accélération, la rapidité et le ralentissement du profilé sont commandés par un ordinateur qui calcule, en fonction des formes et des dimensions des cadres, les valeurs maximales possibles pour lesquelles il n'y a aucune déformantion permanente du cadre ainsi formé.
