Abstract:
(EN) Device for the assembly, resp. disassembly of probes (31) into process pipes, tanks (34), etc., comprising a nipple (25) mounted to the wall (36) of the pipe or tank (34), a ball valve (24) mounted to the nipple (25) and an hydraulically activated cylinder (2) which, for example, may be operated by using a pump. Its cylinder is connected to the ball valve (24), as the cylinder (2) is provided with a piston device (3) attached to the pump (23) through a first attachment (19) for the inflow and outflow of hydraulic fluids for pressure balancing within the cylinder (2) in order to bring the probe (31) into the nipple (25), through the ball valve (24) to the cylinder (2). The piston rod (5) is constructed so that it may be fastened to an attachment (32) on the probe (31). A second attachment (21) for outflow and inflow of hydraulic fluid being mounted to the cylinder wall (15) on the opposite side of the piston device (3) in the first attachment (19), also in order to bring the probe (31) out of the nipple (25), through the ball valve (24) and to the cylinder (2).
(FR) On décrit un dispositif de montage ou de démontage de sondes (31) dans des tuyaux et des réservoirs (34) etc. de traitement, comprenant un raccord (25) monté sur la paroi (36) du tuyau ou du réservoir (34), un robinet à boisseau sphérique (24) monté dans le raccord (25) et un cylindre hydraulique (2) qui peut être actionné par une pompe. Le cylindre est relié au robinet (24), puisque le cylindre (2) est muni d'un dispositif à piston (3) fixé à la pompe (23) par une première fixation (19) permettant l'entrée et la sortie des liquides hydrauliques afin d'assurer l'équilibrage en pression à l'intérieur du cylindre (2) pour amener la sonde (31) dans le raccord (25), et ensuite la faire passer par le robinet (24) dans le cylindre (2). La tige de piston (5) est conçue de manière à pouvoir être solidarisée à une fixation (32) prévue sur la sonde (31). Une deuxième fixation (21) pour la sortie et l'entrée du liquide hydraulique est montée sur la paroi du cylindre (15) du côté opposé du dispositif à piston (3) dans la première fixation (19) et sert également à sortir la sonde du raccord (25), la faire passer par le robinet (24) et l'amener dans le cylindre (2).
