Abstract:
(DE) Verbindungen der Formel (I), in welcher A einen Alkylenrest mit 1 bis 3 Kohlenstoffatomen oder eine Gruppe -CH=CH-, B ein Sauerstoffatom oder eine Valenzbindung, m eine ganze Zahl von 0 bis 5, n die Zahl 0 oder 1, X eine Valenzbindung, ein Sauerstoffatom oder ein Schwefelatom, Y eine Valenzbindung oder einen gewünschtenfalls ein- oder mehrfach durch C1-bis C6-Alkyl, C1-bis C6-Alkoxy, Halogen, Hydroxy oder Aminocarbonyl substituierten Phenylenrest, Z Wasserstoff, Halogen, C1- bis C6-Alkyl oder Cyano und R eine Gruppe CN, COOH, COOC1- bis C6-Alkyl, CONH-Tetrazolyl, CON(OH)(C1-C6-Alkyl) oder 5-(1H)-Tetrazolyl sowie für den Fall, daß Y einen Phenylenrest darstellt, auch Wasserstoff bedeuten, mit Ausnahme der Verbindung 4-[2-(4)-Pyridinovinyl]-carboxymethoxybenzol, deren physiologisch verträgliche Salze und Verfahren zu ihrer Herstellung sowie diese Verbindungen enthaltende Arzneimittel zur Behandlung von allergischen Krankheiten.
(EN) The invention concerns compounds of formula (I), in which A is an alkylene rest with 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a -CH=CH- group; B is an oxygen atom or a valency bond; m is a whole number from 0 to 5; n is 0 or 1; X is a valency bond, an oxygen atom or a sulphur atom; Y is a valency bond or a phenylene rest optionally substituted by one or more C1-C6 alkyl, C1-C6 alkoxy, halogen, hydroxy or aminocarbonyl; Z is hydrogen, halogen, a C1-C6 alkyl or cyano; R is a CN, COOH, COO(C1-C6 alkyl), CONH-tetrazolyl, CON(OH)(C1-C6 alkyl) or 5-(1H)-tetrazolyl group and if Y is a phenylene rest, R may also be hydrogen; with the exception of the compound 4-[2-(4)-pyridinovinyl]-carboxymethoxybenzene. The invention also concerns physiologically tolerable salts of these compounds, methods of preparing them and drugs containing the compounds for the treatment of allergies.
(FR) Des composés ont la formule (I), dans laquelle A désigne un résidu alkylène ayant 1 à 3 atomes de carbone ou un groupe -CH=CH-; B désigne un atome d'oxygène ou une liaison de valence; m est un nombre entier compris entre 0 et 5; n est égal à 0 ou 1; X est une liaison de valence, un atome d'oxygène ou un atome de soufre; Y est une liaison de valence ou un résidu phénylène substitué le cas échéant une ou plusieurs fois par alkyle C1 à C6, par alcoxyle C1 à C6, par halogène, par hydroxyle ou par aminocarbonyle; Z désigne hydrogène, halogène, alkyle C1 à C6 ou cyano et R désigne un groupe CN, COON, alkyle COOC1 à C6, CONH-tétrazolyle, (alkyle C1-C6)CON(OH) ou 5-(1H)-tétrazolyle, ou, dans le cas où Y désigne un résidu phénylène, également de l'hydrogène, à l'exception du composé 4-[2-(4)-pyridinovinyl]-carboxy-méthoxybenzène. L'invention concerne ces composés, leurs sels physiologiquement tolérables, leur procédé de production et des médicaments contenant ces composés utiles pour traiter des maladies causées par des allergies.
