Title (EN) GABA AND L-GLUTAMIC ACID ANALOGS FOR ANTISEIZURE TREATMENT
(FR) ANALOGUES DE L'ACIDE GAMMA-AMINOBUTYRIQUE (GABA) ET DE L'ACIDE L-GLUTAMIQUE UTILISES DANS LE TRAITEMENT CONTRE LES ATTAQUES
Abstract:
(EN) Novel analogs of GABA and L-glutamic acid are used for treating seizure disorders. One analog, 4-amino-3-(2-methylpropyl) butanoic acid is found to have unexpectedly potent antiseizure activity $i(in vivo).
