Abstract:
(EN) A workpart chuck centering mechanism moves towards the axis of rotation of the chuck as the chuck rotates in an eccentric non-centered position. The centering mechanism includes two independent shoes (14, 16). Each shoe is driven by a servo-motor and encoder. The two shoes (14, 16) function in a cooperative manner to center the workpart (18). A sensing device (12) monitors any eccentric movement of the workpart (18) and controls the positioning of the shoes (14, 16). The two shoes (14, 16) and the sensing device (12) are mounted on a base (10) which can pivot about the chuck axis. The directions of movement of the respective shoes (14, 16) are displaced 90° relative to one another and intersect at the chuck axis.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un mécanisme de centrage pour le mandrin de serrage portant la pièce à travailler, ce mécanisme se déplaçant en direction de l'axe de rotation du mandrin pendant la rotation de celui-ci dans une position excentrique décentrée. Ce mécanisme de centrage comprend deux patins indépendants (14, 16), qui sont chacun entraînés par un servomoteur et par un organe de codage. Les deux patins (14, 16) coopèrent pour assurer le centrage de la pièce à travailler (18). Un dispositif détecteur (12) contrôle tous les mouvements excentriques de la pièce à travailler (18) et commande le positionnement des patins (14, 16). Les deux patins (14, 16) et le dispositif détecteur (12) sont montés sur une base (10) qui peut pivoter autour de l'axe du mandrin. Les directions de déplacement des deux patins respectifs (14, 16) se déplacent de 90° l'une par rapport à l'autre et leur intersection se situe au niveau de l'axe du mandrin.
