Abstract:
(EN) In rapping a work (8) by the wire-cut discharge machining, a first holding means (18) such as an electromagnet that holds the core is detachably mounted on a second holding means (17) that is mounted on an upper wire guide block (7). Prior to completely cutting the core, therefore, the first holding means (18) is so disposed as to span across the core and the remaining portion of the work (8), so that the core is attracted and held. After the core is cut, the first holding means (18) is held again by the second holding means (17) which is then moved upwards to pull out the core from the remaining portion and to carry it to a predetermined position. Therefore, the core is treated automatically, quickly and reliably relying upon a simple constitution.

Avant de couper entièrement le noyau, le premier moyen de maintien (18) est disposé de manière à enjamber le noyau et la partie restante de la pièce de fonderie (8), de sorte que le noyau soit attiré et tenu. Après avoir coupé le noyau, le premier moyen de maintien (18) est tenu par le second moyen de maintien (17) qui est ensuite déplacé vers le haut pour extraire le noyau de la partie restante et le porter vers une position prédéterminée. Par conséquent, le noyau est traité automatiquement, rapidement et de manière fiable et simple.
