Abstract
(DE) Die Erfindung betrifft einen hochtemperaturbeständigen porösen Zuschlagstoff, ein Verfahren zu seiner Herstellung und daraus gefertigte Produkte, welche zur Fertigung hocheffektiver Wärmedämmstoffe in Form von Gemengen oder geformten Erzeugnissen, die im Industrieofenbau sowie für Hochtemperaturanlagen Anwendung finden. Der erfindungsgemäße Zuschlagstoff auf der Basis von Calciumaluminaten und/oder Magnesiumaluminaten und/oder daraus ableitbaren, ein- oder mehr komponentigen Mineralformen enthält 0,20 bis 0,95 Volumenanteile Mikroporen, wobei > 60 % der Mikroporen einen Porendurchmesser < 40 $g(m)m aufweisen. Der poröse Zuschlagstoff wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch hergestellt, daß die entsprechenden oxidischen bzw. hydroxidischen feinteiligen Rohstoffe mit 0,1-4,0 Masseanteilen Wasser, bezogen auf einen Masseanteil der trockenen Rohstoffe, angemacht, die homogene Mischung bei Temperaturen von > 125 °C einer Behandlung im Autoklaven mit einer Haltezeit von 1 bis 25 Stunden unterworfen, die verfestigte Masse getrocknet, anschließend bei Temperaturen von » 1000 °C und Haltezeiten von 1-25 Stunden gesintert und das Sinterprodukt zu Zuschlagstoffen aufgearbeitet wird.
(EN) A high-temperature resistant, porous aggregate, a process for producing the same and products made therefrom are disclosed, which are useful to prepare highly effective heat insulators available as mixtures or as moulded products that have applications in the construction of industrial ovens and of high-temperature installations. The aggregate on the basis of calcium aluminates and/or magnesium aluminates and/or their mineral derivatives having one or several components contains 0.20 to 0.95 parts in volume of micropores, whereas more than 60 % of the micropores have less than 40 $g(m)m in diameter. The porous aggregate is produced by mixing the corresponding oxidic or hydroxidic finely ground raw materials with 0.1 to 4.0 parts in mass of water, in relation to one part in mass of dry raw materials. The homogeneous mixture is then treated by autoclave at temperatures higher than 125 °C, for 1 to 25 hours, the solidified mass is dried, then sintered at temperatures equal to or higher than 1000 °C for 1 to 25 hours and the sintered product is transformed into aggregates.
(FR) L'invention concerne un aggrégat poreux résistant aux hautes températures, son procédé de production et des produits constituées de cet agrégat utiles pour fabriquer des matériaux calorifuges très efficaces dans la contruction de fours industriels ou d'installations à haute température. L'agrégat décrit est à base d'aluminates de calcium et/ou d'aluminates de magnésium et/ou de dérivés minéraux de ceux-ci à un ou plusieurs composants et il contient de 0,20 à 0,95 parts en volume de micropores, plus de 60 % des micropores ayant un diamètre inférieur à 40 $g(m)m. On produit cet agrégat poreux en mélangeant les matières premières oxydiques ou hydroxidiques correspondantes finement pulvérisées avec 0,1 à 4,0 parts en masse d'eau, par rapport à une part en masse de matières premières sèches. On soumet ensuite le mélange homogène à un traitement en autoclave à des températures supérieures à 125 °C, pendant 1 à 25 heures, on sèche la masse durcie, on la fritte à des températures égales ou supérieures à 1000 °C pendant 1 à 25 heures et on transforme le produit fritté en agrégats.
