Abstract:
(DE) Die kontinuierliche Temperaturmessung des flüssigen Stahls gelang bisher nur mit einem Thermoelement von einer exponential verlaufenden Drift. Mit einem Durchmesserverhältnis der Metall- und Keramikschutzrohre von etwa 2 und mit einer ungewöhnlich dünnen elektrischen Isolation gelang eine niedrigere, berechenbare lineare Drift und damit eine wesentlich längere Lebensdauer.
(EN) Continuous temperature measurement for liquid steel has in the past been made only with a thermocouple with exponential drift. With a diameter ratio of about 2 between metal and ceramic wells and with exceptionally thin electrical insulation, a lower, calculable linear drift can be achieved thus giving a substantially longer service life.
(FR) La thermométrie continue de l'acier en fusion n'a réussi jusqu'ici qu'avec un thermoélément d'une dérive à courbe exponentielle. Grâce à un rapport des diamètres des tubes protecteurs métalliques et céramiques d'environ 2 et à une isolation électrique inhabituellement mince, on a obtenu une dérive linéaire, calculable et plus faible, et par conséquent une durée de vie considérablement plus longue.
