Abstract:
(EN) According to the present invention, a rectilinear guide device comprises: a track base (1) formed to provide a substantially U-shape in section and provided on the inner side surfaces thereof with rolling surfaces (12) for rolling elements (2); and a bearing block (B) having loaded rolling surfaces (31a - 31d) for clamping the rolling elements (2) in cooperation with the rolling surfaces (12) and for stroking in a recessed portion of the track base (1) in accordance with the rotating amount of a feed screw shaft (7) threadably coupled therewith; is characterized in that the bearing block (B) consists of a block body (3), rolling hole-forming plates (5) and lid members (4), and only the joining of the above-mentioned members can form a ball circulation course through which non-loaded balls circulate. Accordingly, a long bearing block can be easily produced, and the number of the loaded rolling elements are increased, so that a rectilinear guide device having a large maximum load and being compact in size can be obtained.
(FR) Dispositif de guide rectiligne comprenant: une base servant de piste (1) présentant une section en U, dont les surfaces latérales internes comportent des surfaces de roulement (12) pour des éléments de roulement (2); et un bloc de palier (B) comportant des surfaces de roulement chargées (31a - 31d) qui serrent les éléments de roulement (2) de concert avec les surfaces de roulement (12) et effectuent une course dans une partie en retrait de la base servant de piste (1) en fonction de la quantité de rotation d'un arbre de vis-mère (7) accouplé par filetage. Ce dispositif de guide se caractérise en ce que le bloc de palier (B) se compose d'un châssis de bloc (3), de plaques de roulement formant trou (5) et d'organes de couvercle (4), et qu'uniquement l'assemblage des organes susmentionnés permet de définir un trajet de circulation de billes sur lequel circulent des billes non chargées. Cet agencement permet de produire aisément un bloc de palier étendu en longueur et d'augmenter le nombre d'éléments roulants sous charge, de manière à obtenir un dispositif de guide rectiligne de faible encombrement et supportant une charge maximale importante.
