Abstract:
(EN) A corrugated composite slab profile (1) made of metal sheet for a concrete floor, in which the corrugations are trapezoidal in cross-section, and which profile (1) includes longitudinal folds (3) bent from the same metal sheet vertical to the level of the profile sheet, the walls of which are right next to one another and in which there are adhesion dents (4). In order to improve fire resistance the folds (3) are located in the sloping surfaces of the profile sheet (1) and only in these, and the adhesion dents (4) are depressions pressed downwards from the upper edge of the folds (3), at which point the ridge of the fold is spread sideways and that the walls of the folds (3) are right next to one another at the adhesion dents (4).
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un profilé pour dalle composite, à structure ondulée (1) pour planchers en béton, qui est fabriqué en tôle et dans lequel les ondulations sont de section transversale trapézoïdale. Ce profilé (1) comporte des plis longitudinaux (3) formés dans la même tôle à la verticale du niveau de la tôle profilée. Les parois de ces plis se jouxtent directement l'une l'autre et des bosses d'adhérence (4) y sont formées. Pour améliorer la résistance au feu du profilé, les plis (3) sont disposés uniquement dans les surfaces en pente de la tôle profilée (1), et les bosses d'adhérence (4) sont constituées par des dépressions obtenues par pression vers le bas depuis le bord supérieur des plis (3), point au niveau duquel l'arrête du pli est écrasée latéralement et les parois des plis (3) se jouxtent directement l'une l'autre au niveau des bosses d'adhérence (4).
