Abstract:
(EN) A condensation preventing structure forming a space and a condensation preventing steel door provided at an entrance/exit for an indoor space. An object of the present invention is to provide a condensation preventing structure having a performance close to an organic heat insulating material as a heat insulating performance, having a performance of the conventional inorganic heat insulating material in terms of flame resistance, and conditioning humidity in the space to a comfortable level by forming a heat insulating layer having moisture absorbing and releasing properties, to thereby form a space that can reliably prevent the occurrence of condensation, and to provide a condensation preventing steel door capable of reliably preventing the occurrence of condensation. The present invention uses a heat insulating material wherein the 3-50 parts wt. equivalence of a synthetic emulsion solid, 1-20 parts wt. of organic micro-balloons, 3-5 parts wt. of carbon fibers and 10-200 parts wt. of inorganic micro-balloons are mixed with 100 parts wt. of cement.
(FR) Structure anti-condensation définissant un espace, et porte anti-condensation en acier placée à l'entrée/sortie d'un espace intérieur. Ladite structure anti-condensation présente des caractéristiques d'isolation calorifuge proches de celles d'un matériau calorifuge organique, et des caractéristiques ignifuges semblables à celles d'un matériau calorifuge inorganique traditionnel, et maintient l'humidité dans l'espace à un niveau confortable par la formation d'une couche calorifuge présentant des caractéristiques d'absorption et de dégagement d'humidité. On obtient ainsi un espace dans lequel la condensation est empêchée de manière fiable, ainsi qu'une porte anti-condensation en acier apte également à empêcher de manière fiable la condensation. On utilise un matériau calorifuge comprenant de 3 à 50 parties en poids d'un solide émulsionné synthétique. de 1 à 20 parties en poids de microballons organiques, de 3 à 5 parties en poids de fibres de carbone, et de 10 à 200 parties de microballons inorganiques, le tout étant mélangé avec 100 parties en poids de ciment.
