Abstract:
(EN) A sorbent for removing heavy metals, radioactive isotopes and organic compounds from a liquid, and for wine production, is a waste product of cytochrome-C production from yeast of the family Saccharomycetaceae in the form of disintegrated dried biomass residues with a content of 40-50 mmole/g, within the range of pH 2-11, with a polysaccharide content of up to 70 wt.%, a protein content of up to 20 wt.% and a lipid content of up to 10 wt.%. From 0.5 to 2.0 g/dm3 of the claimed sorbent are used as a basis for purifying alimentory liquids, and 0.2 to 2.0 g/dm3 are used for purifying liquid media. In a method for wine production, 0.2 to 2.0 g/dm3 of the claimed sorbent are used.
(FR) Sorbant destiné à éliminer les métaux lourds, les isotopes radioactifs et les composés organiques d'un liquide, utilisé dans la production de vin, et constitué par un produit résiduel de production de cytochrome-C à partir de levure de la famille Saccharomycetaceae, se présentant sous la forme de restes de biomasse séchés et désintégrés, ayant une teneur comprise entre 40 et 50 mmole/g, dans la plage de pH comprise entre 2 et 11, une teneur en polysaccharide allant jusqu'à 70 % en poids, une teneur en protéines allant jusqu'à 20 % en poids et une teneur en lipides allant jusqu'à 10 % en poids. On utilise 0,5 à 2,0 g/dm3 du sorbant de l'invention comme base de purification de liquides alimentaires, et on utilise 0,2 à 2,0 g/dm3 afin de purifier des milieux liquides. Dans un procédé de production de vin, on utilise 0,2 à 2,0 g/dm3 dudit sorbant.
