Abstract:
(DE) Beschrieben werden Reaktivsysteme zum flächigen Verbinden und/oder Beschichten von Substraten, insbesondere für Heißsiegelbeschichtungen, auf Basis wäßriger Dispersionen, eines mit Epoxiden härtbaren Harzes (I) und von Epoxidverbindungen als Härter (II). Durch den Einsatz von Polyurethanpolymeren mit gegenüber Epoxiden reaktiven funktionellen Gruppen als härtbares Harz (Ia) können blockfeste heißsiegelbeschichtete Substrate hergestellt werden, die beispielsweise zur Herstellung flexibler gedruckter Schaltungen weiterverarbeitet werden können.
(EN) The description relates to reactive systems for bonding and/or coating substrates, especially for heat-seal coatings, based on aqueous dispersions of an epoxy-curable resin (I) and epoxy compounds as the hardening agents (II). The use of polyurethane polymers with functional groups reactive to epoxies as the hardenable resin (Ia) results in monolithic heat-seal-coated substrates which may, for instance, be further processed to provide flexible printed circuits.
(FR) On décrit des systèmes réactifs pour la liaison et/ou l'enduction en nappe de substrats, en particulier pour des enductions par thermoscellement à base de dispersions aqueuses d'une résine (I) durcissable avec des époxydes, ainsi que de liaisons époxydes en tant que durcisseur (II). Grâce à la mise en ÷uvre de polymères de polyuréthane avec des groupes fonctionnels réactifs par rapport aux époxydes, en tant que résine durcissable (Ia), il est possible de fabriquer des substrats thermoscellés monolithiques pouvant subir un traitement postérieur par exemple pour la fabrication de circuits imprimés souples.
