Abstract:
(EN) A polypropylene resin composition which can provide a material having high strength and rigidity, reduced warpage, and such an excellent mechanical durability that it can be used even under the condition of a prolonged or repeated application of load. The composition comprises 40 to 75 wt % of modified polypropylene (a) prepared by melting a mixture of crystalline polypropylene with at least 0.01 to 2 wt % of an unsaturated acid, 0.1 to 3 wt % of an unsaturated silane and an organic peroxide, 10 to 35 wt % of glass fiber (b) and 15 to 45 wt % of powdery mica (c), wherein the total content of components (b) and (c) is within the range of 25 to 60 wt %.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à une composition de résine de polypropylène, qui peut former un matériau possédant une résistance et une rigidité élevées, un gauchissement réduit et une excellente durabilité mécanique, de façon à pouvoir être utilisé même dans des conditions d'applications de charge prolongées ou répétées. Une telle composition comprend 40 à 75 % en poids de polypropylène modifié (a), qu'on prépare en faisant fondre un mélange de polypropylène cristallin avec au moins 0,001 à 2 % en poids d'un acide insaturé, 0,1 à 3 % en poids d'un silane insaturé et d'un peroxyde organique, ainsi que 10 à 35 % en poids d'une fibre de verre (b) et 15 à 45 % en poids de mica en poudre (c), la proportion totale des composants (b) et (c) étant comprise entre 25 et 60 % en poids.
