Abstract:
(EN) A process for producing a polyoxyalkylene compound by the ring-opening polymerization of an alkylene oxide with a specified highly hydrophobic initiator, which comprises conducting the ring-opening polymerization of an alkylene oxide with an initiator selected from the group consisting of organopolysiloxane compounds having an active hydrogen functional group which can react with the alkylene oxide and fluorine compounds having both of the active hydrogen functional group and a fluorohydrocarbon group in the presence of a composite metal cyanide complex catalyst. The complex catalyst comprises a complex containing at least two kinds of metal and cyanide ions as part or the whole of the ligands and capable of catalyzing the ring-opening polymerization of alkylene oxides. Particular examples thereof include hexacyano cobalt zinc complexes such as a hexacyano cobalt zinc-glyme complex and composite metal cyanide complex catalyts disclosed in, for example, U.S. Patent Nos. 3278457, 3278458 and 3278459. Examples of the active hydrogen functional group include hydroxyl, mercapto, primary amino, secondary amino, and carboxyl. The organopolysiloxane and fluorine compounds are those which have at least one organic group containing such functional group. Examples of the organopolysiloxane compound include polydimethylsiloxane having the above organic group, while those of the fluorine compound include compounds having both of the above organic group and a perfluoroalkyl group.
(FR) Est décrit un procédé pour produire un composé de polyoxyalkylène par la polymérisation par décyclisation d'un oxyde d'alkylène avec un initiateur spécifié extrêmement hydrophobe, qui consiste à réaliser la polymérisation par décyclisation d'un oxyde d'alkylène avec un initiateur choisi dans le groupe constitué de composés d'organopolysiloxane présentant un groupe fonctionnel hydrogène actif qui peut réagir avec l'oxyde d'alkylène, et des composés de fluor présentant à la fois le groupe fonctionnel hydrogène actif et un groupe fluorohydrocarbure, en présence d'un catalyseur complexe métal composite-cyanure. Le catalyseur complexe renferme un complexe contenant au moins deux types d'ions métal et cyanure comme tout ou partie des ligands et permettant de catalyser la polymérisation par décyclisation des oxydes d'alkylène. A titre d'exemples, on peut citer des complexes hexacyano-cobalt-zinc, tels qu'un complexe hexacyano-cobalt-zinc-glyme, et des catalyseurs complexes métal composite-cyanure, décrits dans, par exemple, les brevets américains nos. 3278457, 3278458, 3278459. Comme exemples du groupe fonctionnel hydrogène actif, on peut citer l'hydroxyle, mercapto, amino primaire, amino secondaire, et carboxyle. Les composés d'organopolysiloxane et de fluor sont ceux qui présentent au moins un groupe organique contenant un tel groupe fonctionnel. Comme exemples du composé d'organopolysiloxane, on peut citer le polydiméthylsiloxane possédant le groupe organique précité, tandis que comme exemples du composé de fluor, on peut citer des composés possédant à la fois le groupe organique précité et un groupe perfluoroalkyle.
