Abstract:
(EN) This invention belongs to a technical field relating to a laser robot and its control method, and more particularly makes it possible to weave a laser beam easily and accurately without disposing an oscillating condenser lens or the like on an arm tip portion. In the laser robot RB of this invention, a first inclined mirror (41a) is fitted to a motor (42a) at a predetermined angle of inclination from a plane perpendicular to the rotor shaft. A second inclined mirror (41b) is likewise fitted to the motor (42b) at a predetermined angle of inclination. A laser beam (LB) emitted from a laser oscillator (8) is sequentially reflected at the first and second inclined mirrors (41a) and (41b) in the laser robot (RB) and directed toward a work through the tip of a torch (7). A weaving mode of the laser beam (LB) is selected by controlling the rotating directions, the number of revolutions and the rotating phases of the first and second inclined mirrors (41a) and (41b).
(FR) L'invention s'inscrit dans un domaine technique concernant un robot à laser ainsi que son procédé de commande, et plus particulièrement elle permet de mettre en mouvement un faisceau laser facilement et de manière précise sans disposer de lentille de concentration oscillante ou analogue sur une partie terminale de bras. Dans le robot à laser RB de l'invention, un premier miroir incliné (41a) est adapté sur un moteur (42a) à un angle prédéterminé d'inclinaison à partir d'un plan perpendiculaire à l'arbre du rotor. Un second miroir incliné (41b) est adapté de la même manière sur le moteur (42b) à un angle prédéterminé d'inclinaison. Un faisceau laser (FL) émis par un oscillateur à laser (8) est dévié de manière séquentielle au niveau des premier et second miroirs inclinés (41a) et (41b) dans le robot à laser (RB) et est orienté vers une pièce à travailler par l'intermédiaire du bout d'une torche (7). On sélectionne un mode de mise en mouvement du faisceau laser (LB) par régulation des sens de rotation, des nombres de révolution et des phases de rotation des premier et second miroirs inclinés (41a) et (41b).
