Abstract:
(EN) The present invention relates to the compound 5,10-methylene-tetrahydrofolate (CH2FH4), and its solution isomer FH4, therapeutic uses of these compounds, and compositions thereof. CH2FH4 and FH4 strongly modulate the $i(in vivo) antitumor effects of 5-Fluorouracil.
(FR) La présente invention se rapporte au composé 5,10-méthylène-tétrahydrofolate (CH2FH4) et son isomère de solution FH4, à des utilisations thérapeutiques de ces composés et à des compositions à base de ces composés. CH2FH4 et FH4 modulent fortement les effets antitumoraux $i(in vivo) de 5-Fluorouracile.
