Abstract:
(EN) Matching transformer mainly intended for high and medium frequency induction heating applications and characterized by the juxtaposition of transformer elements with a ratio 1/1, grouped in series or in parallel. According to another characteristic of the invention, each transformer element is comprised of an identical primary and secondary, made up of a large number of monoturns which alternatingly primary and secondary and separated from each other by insulating sheets. According to another feature of the invention, the assembly of monoturns (1) forming each transformer element is connected to metal terminals (3 and 6) intended to cool by conduction the monoturns forming the coils.
(FR) La présente invention a pour objet un transformateur d'adaptation principalement destiné aux applications de chauffage par induction hautes et moyennes fréquences et caractérisé par la juxtaposition d'éléments de transformateur de rapport 1/1 groupés en série ou en parallèle. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, chaque élément de transformateur est constitué d'un primaire et d'un secondaire identiques consistant en un grand nombre de monospires alternativement primaires et secondaires et séparées les unes des autres par des feuilles de matière isolante. Selon une autre caractéristique de l'invention, l'ensemble des monospires (1) constituant chaque élément de transformateur est raccordé à des bornes métalliques (3 et 6) destinées à refroidir par conduction les monospires constituant les bobines.
