Abstract:
(EN) In a plate heat exchanger comprising a stack of plate elements, each of which has a central heat transferring portion and a surrounding edge portion, the heat transferring portions of the plate elements confine between themselves flow spaces for two heat exchange fluids. The edge portions of the plate elements have parts extending around the plate elements, which parts are bent in the same direction in the stack and connected with each other by means of a connecting material (30), e.g. a brazing material, which at one time has been liquid. Each plate element is of double-wall construction and comprises two thin heat transferring plates (15, 16) of the same size, which are pressed substantially to the same shape and which abut closely against each other but admit a heat exchange fluid leaking out through a hole in one heat transferring plate to be conducted between the heat transferring plates to the edge portion of the plate element. Furthermore, the heat transferring plates (15, 16) of each plate element have brims (29) situated outside the part of the plate element edge portion, which is connected with a corresponding part of an adjacent plate element edge portion by means of said connecting material (30), said brims (29) being bent in a way such that two adjacent brims (29) of two adjacent plate elements are spaced from each other.
(FR) Dans un échangeur de chaleur à plaques constitué d'un empilement de plaques dont chacune comporte une partie centrale servant au transfert de la chaleur et un bord externe, les parties des plaques servant au transfert de la chaleur délimitent entre elles des espaces dans lesquels circulent les deux fluides d'échange de chaleur. Les bords externes des plaques sont pliés, toutes les plaques de l'empilement ayant leur bord externe plié dans la même direction et étant liées les unes aux autres par un matériau de liaison (30) qui est liquide au départ. Chaque plaque est constituée de deux parois et de deux fines plaques de transfert de chaleur (15, 16) de la même taille qui sont pressées sensiblement à la même forme et qui sont serrées l'une contre l'autre mais qui permettent à un fluide d'échange de chaleur passant dans un trou ménagé dans une plaque de transfert de chaleur de passer entre les plaques de transfert de chaleur jusqu'au bord externe de la plaque. En outre, les plaques de transfert de chaleur (15, 16) de chaque plaque comportent des rebords (29) situés extérieurement au bord de la plaque qui est relié à une partie correspondante d'un autre bord de plaque adjacente au moyen dudit matériau de liaison (30), ces rebords (29) étant pliés de telle manière que deux rebords (29) adjacents de deux plaques adjacentes sont espacés l'un par rapport à l'autre.
