(FR) PROCEDE ET DISPOSITIF DE REGULATION DE TEMPERATURE DANS UNE INSTALLATION DE COMBUSTION
Abstract:
(EN) A method and a device for limiting temperature variations in a plant for combustion in a pressurized fluidized bed, a PFBC - Pressurized Fluidized Bed Combustion - plant, with a combustor (10) in the form of a pressurized fluidized bed, air paths (1) in which a compressor (13) is arranged to pressurize air supplied to the fluidized bed, flue gas paths (2) in which energy contained in the flue gases is extracted with a gas turbine (14), and flue gas economizers (15, 16) by means of which residual heat is extracted from the flue gases, and a feedwater/steam system (3) in which heat is utilized. Temperature variations in pressurized air supplied to the fluidized bed are essentially eliminated with a heat exchanger (17) arranged in the air paths (1). The heat exchanger is connected to the high temperature section of the feedwater/steam system (3) of the PFBC plant.
(FR) Un procédé et un dispositif de régulation des fluctuations de températures dans une installation de combustion dans un lit fluidisé et pressurisé, notamment une installation de Combustion à Lit Fluidisé et Pressurisé - CLFP -, ayant un brûleur (10) sous forme d'un lit fluidisé et pressurisé, des conduits de circulation d'air (1) dans lesquels un compresseur (13) est monté pour mettre sous pression l'air fourni au lit fluidisé, des conduits de circulation de gaz de combustion (2) dans lesquels l'énergie contenue dans les gaz de combustion est extraite au moyen d'une turbine à gaz (14), et des économiseurs (15, 16) de gaz de combustion au moyen desquels la chaleur résiduelle est extraite des gaz de combustion, et un système de vapeur/d'eau d'alimentation (3) dans lequel la chaleur est utilisée. Les fluctuations de température dans l'air pressurisé fourni au lit fluidisé sont essentiellement éliminées par un échangeur thermique (17) placé dans les conduits de circulation d'air (1). L'échangeur thermique est relié à la partie à haute température du système de vapeur/d'eau d'alimentation (3) de l'installation CLFP.
