Abstract:
(DE) Es soll eine montagegünstige, hohen Belastungen gewachsene formschlüssige Verbindung eines Magnetventiles (1) mit einem Gehäuseblock (10) erzielt werden. Der Gehäuseblock (10) hat eine Aufnahmebohrung (11), welche mit zunehmender Bohrungstiefe in eine Hinterschneidung (14) übergeht. Ein Ventilkörperabschnitt (3) besitzt eine der Aufnahmebohrung (11) angepaßte Form unter Belassung eines umlaufenden Spaltes (18) gleicher Breite zu dieser. In den Spalt (18) ist eine diesen füllende, in den Bereich der Hinterschneidung (14) eingreifende Hülse (20) eingepreßt. Die einem Umformvorgang unterworfene Hülse (20) fixiert das Magnetventil (1) axial und radial. Die Hülse (20) vermag hohe auf das Magnetventil wirkende Auszugskräfte aufzunehmen.
(EN) The aim of the invention is to provide a strong, easy-to-assemble positively locking connection suitable for joining a solenoid valve (1) to a casing block (10). The casing block (10) has a bore which develops into a back taper (14) as it descends. Part (3) of the valve body has the same shape as the bore (11), fitting into the bore to leave a gap running round the wall of the bore of the same diameter as the bore. A sleeve (20) is pushed into the gap (18), filling the gap down to the area of the back taper (14). The deformed sleeve (20) holds the valve (1) in place in the radial and longitudinal directions. The sleeve (20) is capable of resisting high forces tending to pull the valve out of the casing block.
(FR) Il s'agit de réaliser un assemblage par liaison de forme d'une électrovanne (1) avec un bloc-carter (10) facile à monter et résistant à de grands efforts. Le bloc-carter (10) a un perçage de positionnement (11), lequel prend, au fur et à mesure que sa profondeur augmente, la forme d'une contre-dépouille. Une section du corps de vanne (3) a une forme adaptée au perçage de positionnement (11), tout en laissant une fente (18) de même largeur qui l'entoure. Dans la fente (18) est emmanchée une douille (20) remplissant la fente et s'engageant dans la zone de la contre-dépouille (14). La douille (20), soumise à un processus de déformation, fixe l'électrovanne (1) axialement et radialement. La douille (20) est capable d'absorber de grands efforts de poussée exercés sur l'électrovanne.
