Abstract:
(DE) Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Einrichtung zur Vibrationsisolation eines magnetisch gelagerten Körpers von seinem Stator und damit der Umgebung, sowie umgekehrt. Es kann sich insbesondere um einen Rotor (3) handeln, der durch seine Rotation störende Vibrationen erzeugt. Die vorgeschlagene Einrichtung stellt sicher, daß die Position des gelagerten Körpers langsamen Bewegungen des Stators folgt, jedoch höherfrequente Störungen nicht übertragen werden. Trotzdem sind gleichzeitig schnelle gezielte Positions-Regelvorgänge möglich. Das wesentliche Element der Erfindung ist ein Doppel-Integrator (15), der ein weitgehend störungsfreies künstliches Positionssensorsignal für die vibrationsarme Lageregelung erzeugt, welches dem wahren Positionssensorsignal langsam nachgeführt wird. Die Erfindung kann insbesondere in einem Schwungrad zur Satellitenstabilisierung eingesetzt werden, wo sie eine Winkellageregelung bei gleichzeitiger Vibrationsisolation ermöglicht.
(EN) The object of the invention is a device for insulating a body on magnetic bearings from the vibration of its stator and hence the environment and vice versa. It may especially concern a rotor (3) which can produce undesirable vibrations through its rotation.The proposed invention ensures that the position of the body follows slow movements of the stator but higher-frequency interference is not transmitted. At the same time, however, fast intentional position regulating procedures are possible. The essential element of the invention is a double integrator (15) which generates a largely interference-free position sensor signal for low-vibration bearing adjustment which is slowly followed by the true position sensor signal. The invention is especially useful in a flywheel for satellite stabilisation where it facilitates adjustment of the angular position while at the same time providing insulation against vibration.
(FR) L'invention a pour objet une installation permettant d'isoler un élément à palier magnétique contre les vibrations, par rapport à son stator, c'est-à-dire par rapport à son environnement, et inversement. Il peut s'agir en particulier d'un rotor (3) qui produit des vibrations parasites du fait de sa rotation. L'installation proposée permet d'assurer que la position de l'élément à palier magnétique suive les mouvements lents du stator, mais que les perturbations correspondant à des fréquences plus élevées ne soient pas transmises. Des opérations rapides appropriées de régulation de la position sont néanmoins possibles simultanément. L'élément essentiel de l'invention est un intégrateur double (15) qui produit un signal artificiel de capteur de position, largement exempt de perturbations, pour une régulation de la position avec de faibles vibrations, signal qui est ajouté peu à peu au véritable signal de capteur de position. L'invention peut être appliquée en particulier dans un volant pour la stabilisation des satellites, où elle permet un réglage de la position relative en même temps qu'une isolation par rapport aux vibrations.
