Abstract:
(EN) A method for identifying an individual member of a species of organism comprises analyzing the DNA of the organism in respect to the presence or absence in the genome of one or more polymorphic enzyme sites and based on the comparison of these results to the presence or absence of one or more polymorphic enzyme sites in the DNA of one or more comparative members of the species, so characterizing the individual member of the species.
(FR) Un procédé d'identification d'un membre individuel d'une espèce d'organisme consiste à analyser l'ADN de l'organisme par rapport à la présence ou l'absence dans le génome d'un ou de plusieurs sites enzymatiques polymorphes, et basé sur la comparaison de ces résultats avec la présence ou l'absence d'un ou de plusieurs sites enzymatiques polymorphes dans l'ADN d'un ou de plusieurs éléments comparatifs des espèces, caractérisant ainsi le membre individuel de l'espèce.
