Abstract:
(EN) A tank washing system comprising three rows (16, 20, 21) of jet nozzles each row connected to a supply pipe (14) extending across the tank, and means (17, 18, 22, 24, 23, 25) for progressively rotating each supply pipe such that nozzles (16) swing forwardly and upwardly towards nozzles (20) which then take over and swing forwardly towards nozzles (21) which then continue to swing forwardly and upwardly. Thus, washing medium fed to the pipes (14) is directed in a wide footprint, at the tank bottom (12) and generates a surge or wave which sweeps along the tank bottom from one end to the other and entrains settled solids therein.
(FR) Un système de lavage de réservoir comprend trois rangées (16, 20, 21) d'ajutages à jet, chaque rangée étant reliée à un tuyau d'alimentation (14) se prolongeant à travers le réservoir, et des moyens (17, 18, 22, 24, 23, 25) de mettre progressivement en rotation chaque tuyau d'alimentation de sorte que les ajutages (16) oscillent vers l'avant et le haut vers les ajutages (20), lesquels entrent alors en action pour osciller vers l'avant vers les ajutages (21) qui continuent ensuite à osciller vers l'avant et le haut. Ainsi, un agent de lavage introduit dans les tuyaux (14) est dirigé dans une large empreinte sur le fond du réservoir (12) et produit une vague qui balaie le fond du réservoir d'un côté à l'autre en entraînant les éléments solides qui s'y sont déposés.
