Abstract:
(EN) An apparatus (100) for grinding a sample of an organic material in a liquid comprises a housing (104) which defines a cylindrical grinding chamber for receiving the sample and the liquid. The grinding chamber has a cylindrical inner wall and a bottom wall. The apparatus further comprises grinding means comprising a stationary grinding means (126) component and a rotatable grinding means component (120), which grinding means are arranged at the bottom wall of the grinding chamber, the stationary grinding means component and the rotatable grinding means component being separated by a distance of 0.02-0.04 mm, and motor means (106) for rotating the rotatable grinding means component relative to the stationary grinding means component in a grinding operation. In the grinding operation, the organic material of the sample and the liquid is expelled in a liquid stream from the grinding means in a substantially vertical direction upwardly along the cylindrical inner wall of the grinding chamber, and the liquid stream is deflected by deflecting means (130) towards the centre of the cylindrical grinding chamber for recirculating the liquid and the organic material of the sample into engagement with the grinding means. A system for analyzing a sample of an organic material comprises, apart from the apparatus for grinding the sample (100), analyser (300) means for analyzing the content of the constituents of the liquid sample, and preferably further separator means (200) for separating the liquid sample from the extract or the emulsion.
(FR) Un appareil (100) pour broyer un échantillon d'un matériau organique dans un liquide comprend un carter (104) qui délimite une chambre de broyage cylindrique pour l'échantillon et le liquide. La chambre de broyage possède une paroi interne cylindrique et une paroi inférieure. L'appareil comprend en outre des moyens de broyage (126) composés d'un élément de broyage stationnaire (126) et d'un élément de broyage pouvant être mis en rotation (120). Ces moyens de broyage sont placés sur la paroi inférieure de la chambre de broyage, l'élément de broyage stationnaire et l'élément de broyage rotatif étant placés à une distance de 0,02-0,04 mm l'un par rapport à l'autre. L'appareil comprend aussi un élément moteur (106) pour faire tourner l'élément de broyage rotatif par rapport à l'élément de broyage stationnaire lors de l'opération de broyage. Lors de ladite opération, le matériau organique de l'échantillon et le liquide sont éjectés dans un jet liquide de l'élément de broyage dans une direction pratiquement verticale vers le haut le long de la paroi cylindrique interne de la chambre de broyage, et le jet liquide est dévié par des moyens de déviation (130) vers le centre de la chambre de broyage cylindrique afin de faire circuler à nouveau le liquide et le matériau organique de l'échantillon pour qu'ils s'engagent dans l'élément de broyage. Un système d'analyse d'un échantillon de matériau organique est composé, outre l'appareil de broyage (100), d'un élément d'analyse (300) pour analyser la teneur des constituants de l'échantillon liquide, et de préférence d'un élément de séparation (200) pour séparer l'échantillon liquide de l'extrait ou de l'émulsion.
