(FR) PROCEDE D'ASSEMBLAGE D'UN STATOR D'UN HYDROGENERATEUR VERTICAL
Abstract:
(EN) A body (2) is made up of sectors (1) under factory conditions. Inside the body (2) are mounted axial wedges (6, 7), some (6) of them, adjacent to the end-faces of the sectors, being made dismountable. On the wedges (6, 7), standard segments (13) are placed in several layers within the limits of each sector (1) so that the segments (13) of each two adjacent layers would partially overlap each other. On the dismountable wedges (6) are put, at each second layer, shortened segments (16) adjoining each other at the joints of the sectors (1). Then the core (12) is press-fit, the winding is put into its slots (20), the stator is disassembled into sectors and is transported to its place of exploitation, where the sectors are reassembled. Then the dismountable wedges (6) are removed, the press-fit is weakened at the joints of the sectors, and every two adjacent shortened segments (16) are replaced by one additional standard segment (13a). The dismountable wedges (6) are then mounted and the core (12) is press-fit at the joints of the sectors.
(FR) Un corps (2) se compose de secteurs (1) assemblés en usine. A l'intérieur du corps (2) sont montées des clavettes axiales (6, 7), dont certaines (10), adjacentes aux faces terminales des secteurs, sont démontables. Sur les clavettes (6, 7) des segments normalisés (13) sont disposés en plusieurs couches, dans les limites de chaque secteur (1), de sorte que les segments (13) de chaque bicouche adjacente se chevauche partiellement. Sur les clavettes démontables (6) sont placés, au niveau de chaque seconde couche, des segments raccourcis (16) mutuellement contigus au niveau des jointures des secteurs (1). Ensuite, le noyau (12) est monté par pression, l'enroulement est placé dans ses fentes (20), le stator est désassemblé en secteurs et est transporté jusqu'à sa place d'exploitation, où les secteurs sont assemblés. Ensuite, les clavettes démontables (6) sont retirées, le montage par pression est relâché au niveau des jointures des secteurs, et chaque bisegment (16) raccourci adjacent est remplacé par un segment normalisé (13a) supplémentaire. Ensuite, les clavettes démontables (6) sont montées, et le noyau (12) est monté par pression au niveau des jointures des secteurs.
