Abstract:
(EN) The invention relates to a gearshift for transmitting a continuous drive by way of three gear ratios, wherein the power extracted from a motor is controlled automatically through different gear ratios according to a required application. A torque provided by a power source proceeds to a bevel gear type of centre boss (2). The torsional force of the lowest, mechanical gear ratio is passed by means of an overrunning clutch (8A) to a planetary gear (60), the gear ratio being selected according to a required application. The torque of a so-called intermediary gear translates hydrodynamically through the action of a fluid clutch (40) to a collecting planetary gear (50) at a given appropriate gear ratio. The torque of a so-called direct gear translates mechanically through the action of a box drum (5) directly to a torque output shaft (20). All three gear ratios participate in the transmission of torque simultaneously - either actively or passively.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à un mécanisme de changement de vitesses qui sert à transmettre un entraînement continu au moyen de trois rapports d'engrenage et dans lequel la puissance extraite d'un moteur est commandée automatiquement par l'intermédiaire des différents rapports d'engrenages en fonction de l'utilisation requise. Un couple fourni par une source motrice est acheminé jusqu'à un engrenage conique du moyeu central (2). La force de torsion du rapport d'engrenage mécanique le plus bas est transmise au moyen d'un embrayage de rattrapage (8A) à un engrenage planétaire (60), dont le rapport d'engrenage est sélectionné en fonction de l'utilisation requise. Le couple d'un engrenage intermédiaire est transféré par voie hydrodynamique grâce à l'action d'un embrayage hydraulique (40) à un engrenage planétaire collecteur (50) selon un rapport d'engrenage approprié donné. Le couple de l'engrenage direct est transféré mécaniquement grâce à l'action d'un tambour en caisson (5) directement vers un arbre de sortie de couple (20). Les trois rapport d'engrenages participent simultanément à la transmission du couple, soit activement soit passivement.
