Abstract:
(EN) A high-boiling hydrochlorofluorocarbon (HCFC) solvent comprising a blend of for every 100 parts by weight of a hydrochlorofluorocarbon (e.g., 1,1,1-trifluorodichloroethane or 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroethane) from about 25 to about 400 parts by weight of a selected organic solvent (e.g., dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether, dipropylene glycol monomethyl ether acetate, or mixture of dimethyladipate, dimethyl-glutarate, and dimethylsuccinate). Such solvents are useful in liquid/vapor phase cleaning applications even at elevated temperatures above the boiling temperature predicted by Raoult's law.
(FR) Solvent d'hydrochlorofluorocarbone (HCFC) à point d'ébullition élevé, comprenant pour 100 parts en poids, un mélange d'un hydrochlorofluorocarbone (par exemple, 1,1,1-trifluorodichloroéthane ou 1,1-dichloro-1-fluoroéthane) environ 25 à environ 400 parts en poids d'un solvent organique sélectionné (par exemple, éther de monométhyle de glycole dipropylénique, acétate d'éther de monométhyl de glycol dipropylénique, ou un mélange de diméthyladipate, diméthylglutarate, et diméthylsuccinate).
