Abstract:
(EN) A thermoplastic graft copolymer composed of a polymer with a glass transition point of 10 °C or below as a principal chain and an aromatic oligomer with a flow temperature of 100 °C or above as a side chain; and a process for the production thereof, particularly, comprising grafting an aromatic oligomer which contains at least 50 % of the structure units of formula (I) onto the principal chain, wherein X represents O or S; Ar represents (a), (b) or (c); R1 and R2 represent each C1 to C3 alkyl or phenyl; and p and q are each 0, 1 or 2. This copolymer is used in heat-resistant hoses, sealants and automotive materials as a heat-resistant plastic elastomer.
(FR) Copolymère greffé thermoplastique constitué d'un polymère à température de transition vitreuse égale ou inférieure à 10 °C en tant que chaîne principale, et d'un oligomère aromatique à température d'écoulement égale ou supérieure à 100 °C en tant que chaîne latérale. Un procédé de fabrication dudit copolymère consiste à greffer un oligomère aromatique contenant au moins 50 % des unités structurales de la formule (I), sur la chaîne principale, ou X représente O ou S; Ar représente (a), (b) ou (c); R1 et R2 représentent chacun alkyle ou phényle en C1-3; et p et q sont chacun 0,1 ou 2. Ce copolymère peut s'utiliser dans les tuyaux résistants à la chaleur, les agents d'étanchéité et les matériaux automobiles à titre d'élastomère plastique résistant à la chaleur.
