Abstract:
(EN) A laser laparoscope assembly (110) and method therefor are provided. The assembly (110) includes a laser (112), a laparoscope (120), and an adjustable coupler (118). The adjustable coupler (118) is used for interconnecting the laser (112) to the laparoscope (120), or tissue treating instrument. The adjustable coupler (118) has adjustably offset screws (212, 214, 218, 220) for adjustment normal to a laser beam axis and has adjustable tilt screws (224, 226, 228, 230) for tilting a laparoscope passage in order to align a laparoscope passage axis (182) with the laser beam axis (124) whereby a beam contact point (90) and a reflected beam (92) within the laparoscope (120) is avoided.
(FR) On présente un montage de laparoscope à laser (110) et un procédé s'y rapportant. Le montage (110) comprend un laser (112), un laparoscope (120) et un coupleur réglable (118). Le coupleur réglable (118) est utilisé pour l'interconnexion du laser au laparoscope (120), ou instrument de traitement de tissus. Le coupleur réglable (118) possède des vis de réglage (212, 214, 218, 220) permettant l'ajustement de la perpendicularité par rapport à l'axe d'un rayon laser et des vis de réglage d'inclinaison (224, 226, 228, 230) permettant l'ajustement de l'inclinaison d'un passage de laparoscope afin d'aligner un axe de passage de laparoscope (182) à l'axe du rayon laser (124), évitant ainsi un point de contact de rayon (90) avec un rayon réfléchi (92) à l'intérieur du laparoscope (120).
