Abstract:
(EN) An inosine guanosine kinase and a process for producing 5'-nucleotides by using the same, said enzyme catalysing the formation of 5'-inosinic acid (5'-IMP) from inosine and adenosine triphosphate (ATP) or deoxyadenosine triphosphate (dATP) and the formation of 5'-guanylic acid (5'-GMP) from guanosine and ATP or dATP.
(FR) L'invention se rapporte à une inosine guanosine kinase et à un procédé de production de 5'-nucléotides grâce à l'utilisation d'une telle enzyme, laquelle agit en catalysant la formation d'acide 5'-inosinique (5'-IMP) à partir de l'inosine et du triphosphate d'adénosine (ATP) ou du triphosphate de désoxyadénosine (dATP) ainsi que la formation d'acide 5'-guanylique (5'-GMP) à partir de la guanosine et du triphosphate d'adénosine ou du triphosphate de désoxyadénosine.
