Abstract:
(EN) A process for removing and recovering specific constituents from a waste stream at higher temperatures than the boiling point of the specific waste. The waste stream is fed through the feedline (12) and into a feed hopper (14) which retains the waste until it is conveyed via chute (21) into the first heat level of three heating levels (44, 46 and 48) of the heating chamber (24). The waste is heated to temperature to vaporize water and light hydrocarbons which would be removed at low temperatures through three exhaust lines (40) and then into cyclones (42) for solid separation.
(FR) Procédé permettant la séparation et la récupération de constituants spécifiques d'un flux de déchets à des températures supérieures au point d'ébullition des déchets considérés. Le flux de déchets est introduit à l'aide de la conduite d'alimentation (12) dans la trémie d'entrée (14) qui retient les déchets jusqu'à ce qu'ils pénètrent par l'intermédiaire de la conduite de décharge (21) dans le premier de trois niveaux de chaleur (44, 46 et 48) de la chambre de chauffage (24). Les déchets sont chauffés à une température permettant de vaporiser l'eau et les hydrocarbures légers qui seraient évacués à basse température à l'aide de trois canalisations de vidange (40) vers des séparateurs cyclone (42) assurant leur séparation solide.
