Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Vakuumbremskraftverstärker mit einem Anschlusskörper (23) für den Anschlusstutzen (2) der Vakuumleitung und das Vakuumrückschlagventil (3) vorgestellt. Der Anschlusskörper (23) ist als Gehäuse für eine Sensiervorrichtung, die die Position des Membrantellers (16) innerhalb des Servozylinders (15) feststellt, ausgebildet. Die Sensiervorrichtung besteht aus einem Taststift (22), der ein Zahnrad (9) mittels einer flexiblen Zahnstange (6) verdreht. Das Zahnrad verdreht einen Abgreifer (12) auf einem Ohmschen Widerstand (35). Die dadurch erzeugten verschiedenen Spannungswerte geben Aufschluss über die Position des Membrantellers (16) innerhalb des Servozylinders (15). Durch eine geschickte Auswahl von Bauelementen, deren Ausbildung, gegenseitige Anpassung und durch den geschickten Zusammenbau dieser Bauelemente zu einem kompakten Gesamtaggregat wird u. a. erreicht, dass die Kontur eines herkömmlichen Vakuumbremskraftverstärkers nicht überschritten wird. Dadurch wird der Einbauraumbedarf für den Verstärker reduziert. Der Verstärker ist universell einsetzbar.
(EN) Disclosed is a vacuum-brake servo unit with a connector (23) for the vacuum-line connection pipe (2) and the non-return valve (3). The connector (23) is designed as a housing for a sensing device which monitors the position of the diaphragm disc (16) inside the servo cylinder (15). The sensing device consists of a pin-shaped probe (22) which turns a gearwheel (9) by means of a flexible toothed rack (6). The gearwheel turns a current take-off (12) on an ohmic resistor (35). The voltage generated in this way provides information on the position of the membrane disc (16) inside the servo cylinder (15). Careful choice of components, component design and component matching, and the careful assembly of these components gives a compact unit whose dimensions do not exceed those of a conventional vacuum-brake servo unit. The installation requirements for the unit are thus reduced. The servo unit can be used in any type of installation.
(FR) Il est présenté un servofrein à dépression comportant un corps de raccordement (23) pour le raccord (2) de la conduite à dépression et le clapet de non-retour à dépression (3). Le corps de raccordement (23) se présente sous forme de boîtier pour un dispositif de mesure, lequel détermine la position du disque de diaphragme (16) à l'intérieur du servocylindre (15). Le dispositif de mesure consiste en un palpeur (22) qui fait tourner une roue dentée (9) au moyen d'une crémaillère flexible (6). La roue dentée fait tourner un curseur (12) sur une résistance ohmique (35). Les variations de tension ainsi fournies donnent des informations sur la position du disque de diaphragme (16) à l'intérieur du servocylindre (15). Grâce au choix judicieux des composants, à leur configuration, à leur adaptation mutuelle ainsi que grâce à l'assemblage judicieux desdits composants en un ensemble compact, on obtient entre autre des dimensions n'excédant pas celles d'un servofrein conventionnel. Ceci réduit l'encombrement pour le montage du servofrein. Le servofrein se prête à un usage universel.
