Abstract:
(DE) Es wird ein Bremsdruck-Regelsystem für Bremsanlagen mit Antiblockier- und Antriebsschlupfregelung vorgeschlagen, bei dem zwischen den Radbremszylindern (9, 10) und der Rückförderpumpe (16) zumindest eine Ausdehnungskammer (29) mit einer darin befindlichen Schliesseinrichtung (31) vorgesehen ist. Aufgrund dieser zusätzlichen, an der Ausdehnungskammer (29) vorgesehenen Schliesseinrichtung (31) entfällt das Erfordernis eines separaten Ventils zur Bremsdruckregelung. Auch wird durch einen im Verhältnis zur Fläche des in der Ausdehnungskammer (29) befindlichen Kolbens (30) reduzierten Ventilsitz (32) an der Abflussöffnung (29b) der Ausdehnungskammer (29) ein steiler Schliesskraft-Gradient erreicht, da bereits kleine Druckdifferenzen grosse Schliesskraft-Differenzen zur Folge haben, so dass der Öffnungs- und Schliessdruck eng beieinanderliegen.
(EN) The proposal is for a brake pressure regulating system for brake installations with anti-lock and starting slip control in which there is at least one expansion chamber (29) with a closing device (31) fitted therein between the wheel brake cylinders (9, 10) and the return pump (16). This additional closing device (31) fitted on the expansion chamber (29) obviates the need for a separate brake pressure regulating valve. In addition, a valve seat (32) at the outflow aperture (29b) from the expansion chamber (29) which is smaller in relation to the area of the piston (30) in the expansion chamber (29) results in a steeper closing force gradient, since even small pressure differences result in large closing force differences, so that the opening and closing pressures are close together.
(FR) L'invention propose un système de réglage de la pression de freinage pour des dispositifs de freinage avec régulation anti-blocage et de glissement à l'entraînement, dans lequel est prévue au moins une chambre d'expansion (29) où se trouve un système de fermeture (31), entre les cylindres de freins de roue (9, 10) et la pompe de refoulement (16).
